Default Advice on new PC specs please

Another newbie would appreciate some advice on specs for new pc please.
Until I get a digital camcorder in the not too distant future I have lots of VHS tapes to put on CD/DVD. Discovered Win movie maker a while ago and have been using that with a capture card. Am unable to use the trial version of Adobe Premiere Elements as my Athlon 1.4GHZ CPU doesn't support SSE (whatever that is), so it's time for a new pc.

Until now most of the stuff I've done has only been about 15mins
maximum, and I need to know if 250GB is sufficient for about an hour of video. Also is it ok to use onboard graphics or should I get a low-end card as it's just for the video. Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for a great website, I've picked up lots of useful info.

That PC will be find for video editing. No problems there.

The hard drive space is fine, but remember the onboard graphics card will use system RAM and therefore reduce the amount of memory available to applications.
