Default Power Mac G4 Dual 1Ghz

I was offered this computer for about $1000:

Power Mac G4
Processor: Dual 1GHz PowerPC G4
L3 Cache: 1MB per processor
System Bus: 167MHz
Memory: 1GB PC2700 (333MHz) DDR SDRAM
Hard Drive's: 2 + in all, equaling 400GB
Optical drive: SuperDrive (DVD-R/CD-RW)
Graphics Card: AGP 4X slot with NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti w/ 128MB DDR SDRAM
OS: Mac OS X 1.4 Tiger
Editing Program: Final Cut Pro (don't know which version)

I would like to know how much you think this Mac is worth (excluding Final Cut Pro).

Also how would the Mac compare to this PC: (about $1300 without Avid [I already have Avid Epress])

Dell Dimension 8400
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 Processor 650 3.4Ghz w/ HT Technology
L2 Cache: 2MB
Front Bus: 800MHz
Memory: 1GB PC4200 (533MHz) DDR2 SDRAM
Hard Drive: 160GB Serial ATA (7200rpm)
Optical drive: 16X CD/DVD burner (DVD+/-RW, DL)
Graphics Card: PCI E x16 slot with 256MB nVidia GeForce 6800
OS: Windows XP Pro
Editing Program: Avid Xpress Pro HD

Thats It

Thank You
~Matt

I'd say the powermac g4 should be around 50-100 dollars cheaper.
