Default What about this for an editing station

Would like your opinions please on this configeration before i plunge in

Pentium 4 - 3.6ghz
4 GIG PC400 DDR RAM
HDD WD Caiar XL200 - 8MB Cache
HDD WD Caiar XL200 - 8MB Cache
DVD-RW NEC
DVD - Sony Atapi
ATI Radeon X600, 256 MB DDR


I'm not a PC buff so is there anything else i need, thanks in advance for any advice

Is this a motherboard ?

Mb Pentium 4 Intel, socket 775, chip Intel 915 PGN ATX FSB 800 HT DDR1-400 SATA PCIe16

It is, but I'm not sure of the make. Intel do make motherboards, but it's possible it could be a reference to the CPU

Intel motherboards are fine, nice and stable.

That's a good system, should be good for what you need!

(oh, and the hard drives are Caviar, not Caiar )
