Default 4 channels of Audio - HOW????

Does anyone know how to send out four channels of Audio using Avid xpress pro. I need to run four channels (Vox 1 & 2 / M&E 3&4) to a digibeta machine. Can it be done on an avid machine by sending out twice and using a sync could? Can a Media Composer do it? Or do I need an Adrenilin?

Any ideas

Roman
