This might sound naive of me ,,,,but I am really stuck on this one,,,,,

Is there a software that allows you to capture/record video,,,IE my webcam over top of an audio track,,,,,IE MP3 file,,,, what I'm trying to do is lipsync to an MP3 audio track I've created.

The problem I'm having is that whatever software Ive used to date does not allow for importing a seperate audio track and the record/capture video over top,,,,

I've recorded many music audio tracks so, tons of days of recording,,,, and have the final product (MP3) and now i would like to add video to them of me lip sync'ing the song,,,,,

Appreciate any assistance

im trying to make a music video obviously with the lips in sync with the mp3
can anyone reccomend a programme that will let me move the video/music forward or backward very very very slightly so i can match up the mouth movements with the song

ive tried ulead video studio 11, but it will only let me move them in big chunks so i have either the words going too fast/slow or the mouth movements too fast/slow
