The simple answer is that all them can do it - as long as you have the raw footage to edit together.

The trisk here is creating the multitude of special effects used in that clip. Not something that can be answered in a single thread I'm afraid.

Raw footage - the original video you shot or are editing.

As Alan says any decent video editor will enable you to produce something like thiat - there was nothing particualrly bleeding edge in there, but remember it is not the editor but the person who is the creative force behind any video.

First you need to learn the editor, then you need to learn the art. It's a long haul but great fun.

Do u know which editor got the most many effect?? like fire around...

editing of this standard does tend to take years of experience and practice to achieve. Dont expect to be able to reproduce something like this overnight if you are only a beginner but tat the same time dont feel bad about it either.

The only way to learn is to see stuff you like and try and reproduce it and then put your own style on top of it.
