Default Advice on this new configuration

I am buying a new system within 2 days. I need a fast computer for my video and 3d editing.

Can you give me an advice if this system is okay or if there are things I must change:

PROCESSOR: AMD Athlon XP AM2 4600+
MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte M59SLI-S5
RAM: (X3) 1GB DDR 2 667 (Totalling 3GB Ram)
HARD DISK: 500GB SATA 7200RPM
DISPLAY CARD: 512MB Gigabyte 7600GSS
OS: Windows XP Pro Upgrade Vista
CAPTURE CARD: Pinnacle Movie Board Plus PCI

I will be working on After Effects, Premiere, Autocad, 3D Studio Max for my editing jobs.

Will this sytem be considered as a good editing machine?

I will appreciate it if you can give me some advice before I purchase it.

I would add another disc drive. When editing video it is much smoother to have the video on one drive and the system / applications on another.

Looks fine apart from that.
