Premier elements 2 audio effects help

Hi, Happy Christmas to all. I have a irritating little problem that I cannot find help with. Perhaps someone can point me in the right direction. PE 2 'help' options do not go in depth regarding audio effects (noise reduction etc) Does anyone know where I can get help figuring out the finer details of audio effects in Prem. el. 2
