Couldnt say, I have never used ulead. I think vegas is great.

Hm. Then I'll just have to wait and see how my current system drags HDV. But the graphics card will be upgraded after all. Someone just offered to buy my old one!

My FX1e has some firewire problems at the moment, but I'll try the HD editing on my 3.2GHz xeon and then on the new quad-core when it's fixed... I know that my mac couldnt hack it (it';s a g4)...
