Hi,
I am new to the forum, but have been editing small projects for about two years. I previously had edition pro installed on a dell computer and it worked fine.A few weeks ago I cusom built a new system just for video editing but I am having audio problems.
I hope it is something simple like, the card is not connected to onboard sound or something.

I see ATI WDM Rage Theater Audio and WDM TV Audio Crossbar Drivers in the Device Manager' but I only get Realtek AC'97 Audio as an option in
capture source and capture format.

I really need some help, for I have projects to start.

These are my specs:

Pentium 4 2.8
512 RAM
MS-6540G Micro ATX Mainboard with Onboard Audio - SiS AC97
ATI Radeon 8500 (came with pinnacle edition)
4 gig IDE HDD (windows xp installed)
120 GB external HDD (Video Content)
DVD+/- External Drive

P.S.

There are connectors on the card that I think I connected to the mainboard when it was in the dell, but I have become so flustered that I don't know if I have everything configured right.
