Default How can I make a vid with one camera like...

Say I have someone playing a game.
I want to record them playing the game, and then split-edit it to the TV that they are playing on.
How can I keep the gameplay in sync with them talking, while switching to the TV and Them playing?

EXAMPLE:
(2 people playing
Go to TV
Show them playing each other on TV
Go to the players, with their game controllers in sync with the TV gameplay)

Film all of the live action, then fake some cutaways.

or maybe capture the game play using a VCR and capture that footage and edit it in.
