Dazzle DVC90 Audio problem

I've got a DVC90 which works OK with the supplied pinacle software (studio9). But if I try and use it with any other software eg Nero Vision Express, AM Capture, Windows Movie Maker - I can get only the video track but NO audio track. I seem to have tried everything. Any suggestions please?
