Default 2nd hard drive

Hve upgraded to install a second hard drive to accomodate video editing only. Can someone tell me--do i install Premier Elements (which is the video editing software i shall be using) into the second drive or the default "C" drive. At this moment the second drive is totally empty. Do i need anything in the second drive

Thx Rich

Keep c drive for installed programs and put video on the second drive.

Install your s/w on your C drive and leave the new drive (D?) purely for project work and video assets.
