Can a Matrox RTx100 card and Wildcat card be in same PC

Can a Matrox RTx100 card and Wildcat card be in same PC,
Im looking to build a pc capable of working as a sleak editing machine but also capable of working on detailed 3d animations.

Is this possible - or do i need two pc's!
