Default video capture card or AGP vid card

Stopped at Best Buy yesterday and saw this. Jumped on the circuit city website and there was mixed reviews on this. seemed about 60% of the reviews wasn't that good. Is there another PCI card like this with a firewire port for under $100? Editing software isn't necassary, just need a good card.

or I may be interested in a good 4x/8x AGP video card that I can use to capture video from a VCR, etc, use to watch cable tv on (with remote) and is good for gaming. Looking for one that is under $200, if such exists. If I can find a vid card that I can use to capture video from an analog source such as a vcr or hi-8 camcorder, I'll just pick up a separate PCI firewire card for my dv camcorder.

thanx

I second the All-In-Wonder.

If you're in the States, www.newegg.com has a Radeon 9800 Pro All-In-Wonder for $200 after a $30 mail in rebate. It's a good card, and it'll be able to play any recent game.

Click on the little green dude for a link.

The 9800 Pro AIW is really the only AIW card with any value to it - the next-down model costs $190 (a 9600XT), but it's about half as fast as the $200 9800. The next-up model costs $500 and is an X800, which will be significantly faster than a 9800 but just too darn expensive to justify it.
