I wnat to know the best firewire card and it's cost with full warranty preferably three years or atleast one year

IMHO, there's not much to choose between one Firewire card and another. Perhaps better to stick with a known name, but other than that...

Belkin, Adaptec, Smart - in that order - would be OK.
