Default Video capturing from a game

Anyone got some tips to make this work? Or can it work?

I got main computer wich I use for playing games. I want to capture video for playing game. I have laptop P3 850mhz what I could use for the capturing. What I need that I can capture game video with the laptop from the main computer? The issue is that I can capture video with the main comp, but I have to reduce the capture quality too much cause FPS is dropping too low. So maybe with this set I can capture better quality?
