Default RE: Please read me! - need help badly!!!!

Hi,

am a newbie to camcorders but really need some help. My girlfriend and I are expecting a baby in june and we were going to film it, but our camcorder, a JVC GR-D60EK, has suddenly stopped working!.

I know very little about camcorders although I am quite good with computers and most electrical things etc, and wondered if anyone has any obvious ideas why it had stopped working, as I have only had it since september last year.

I heard somewhere that it maybe the battery but surely as I have had it since september it would last longer than that?

I would be grateful if anyone could help.

Please reply if you have any ideas or are an expert etc, lol

if you live in the UK, my contact phone (which i suppose i shouldnt really give out except we are so desperate to get it working), is 07880755250.

Many Thanks

Martin Green.

You bought it in September? Then it's covered by the manufacturers warranty. I suggest that in the first instance you take it back to the retailer and failing that contact the manufacturer direct.

that's if it was bought new.

In case it wasn't, can you run it straight off an ac adapter?
