Default What video card

I am using Vegas video for editing. With this program you can separate the preview window and place it on to a second monitor. I wont to use a small TV as the second monitor. Has any one done this and if so what do they surjest would be the best video card. Will any card with TV out do the job or is one card better than others for video editing. I don’t think I need any thing with capture as I use fire wire for that.
Thanks Lewis

I've done this before, but operating dual monitors where one is a TV screen has caused problematic. The problem I ran into was the fact that you have to have the same refresh rate on the second monitor (i.e the TV) as the primary display. Because the TV refresh rate has to be set LOW, the monitor refresh rate was equally low - something which just annoyed me!
