Does anybody know of a program that allows you to edit a VOB file off a commercial DVD? I need to edit the first minute or two off a movie and then burn it back onto a DVD because the first two minutes spoils the rest of the movie.

You rip the film to your harddrive and can use it as you like unencrypted
