Need video recovery assistance

I have a Hi-8 tape that was taken on my old analog Sony HandyCam, just prior to it breaking. The head was mis-aligned or something. I have a newer digital HandyCam and when I play that tape, I get mostly blue screen, but when I fast-forward, I can see picture, so I know some video is on there.
I need somebody to recover that video for me.
