I need your help!!!
I purchased a 2nd hand JVC 30GB camcorder and have used it for a few months quite successfully. Now when I open it up and turn it on to record, it tells me PLEASE INSERT MEMORY CARD. A memory card never came with the camera, and I never had this problem before. Can anyone help me out here.

PS I've tried the reset button with no luck.

Check the menu settings to make sure you have selected the correct media to record onto. It just sounds like it was set to media card rather than the hard disk. If that's not the reason I don't know what would cause it.
