Default PC won't detect Cam in *USB Streaming*

Hi all.

I recently bought the cam below (see link) on Sunday, it arrived today. I am trying to start recording via the USB Streaming. My PC isn't detecting it though. :(

See this screenshot.

Anyone know were I can turn "USB Streaming" on? I've read the users manual and it says nothing in there..

Any help would be great. Thanks!

Have you tried a different USB port? Perhaps the one you are using is not functioning or is disabled in the BIOS (long shot there, but if you are using a port on the front of your computer case, that could be it).

Hi. Thank you for your reply.

I have tried three different USB drives, still the same problem. Any other ideas?

Disclaimer: Take no offense, I'm digging here so these are obvious questions:
1.) Is the camcorder actually turned on?
2.) Are you sure you are using a USB cable (and not using a firewire cable)?
3.) Is there a setting in the software where you configure connection settings? Perhaps a screenshot of this dialog, if it exists, might shed some light as to what is going on.
