This may have been covered before but I want to record some TV footage off Freeview for editing. I'm planning my own spoof Dragon's Den and want to incorporate some real footage for a bit of fun.

I can record to DVD and then add that media in to Premiere Elements (can't I?) but is there a better way - a tuner / capture card maybe?

I'm using a laptop for the NLE (it's a new top spec core duo processor machine) and so a card would need to be PC card / PCMCIA. Any suggestions?
