Default After Effects 6.0 Standard?

I just recieved AE6 from a friend that no longer needed it. Whats the biggest diffrence between that and 7 pro? Since I now have 6 should i get the upgrade? or will 6 pretty much do the same?

Edit:Correction I just checked its version 6 professional
