Default Problem with video

I just made a video using Ulead Video Studio 6 (I know it's outdated but it was all I needed as it was), and the video I made runs just fine on my PC I used to make it. This PC has no special downloads, I just recently formatted the hard drive so it's about as basic as they get. However, my second PC cannot play the file. Other friends have tried viewing the file and could not. Any suggestions? Here is a link to the video file.

I really want to just simply create a very basic video file (without losing too much quality), no fancy pants codecs or anything that would keep just about everyone from viewing it. Thanks in advance.

Too BIG and wrong format for sharing via web. You need to make a more compressed version using a different codec.

I am not familiar with the editor but you need to render it as a wmv with a bit rate of 500k to 1meg bit /sec. That will be much smaller and will stream on most systems.
