The joys of Ulead 8 (out of sync)

This is where Ulead Video Studio 8 concerns go, right?

Problem:
For some reason, when I render out my vid as DVD the video/audio tracks get out of sync at some point (it's becoming very predictable!).

Any clue why this may be?
