Default Fastest saving format ?!?

What is the FASTEST saving format for an extremely complex ( many hours of text in Titles, pictures and music) Studio 9 timeline? ( disk space is not a problem )
I'm saving in Uncompressed RGB/24 ( and then convert it to MPEG, but that goes realtime so it's ok ) but it is still slow and my deadline for the project is Tuesday evening and i still have 8 hours of timeline to render...

Is there a faster format i could save in ?

Help me out guys

You can't really save any faster than uncompressed.... because it's uncompressed. However, some effects (mostly video) can take an EXTREAMLY long time to render.

For example: If you apply a steadymove plugin to a 2 hour video..... you might as well go to sleep... lol.

If you want faster rendering, see what effects you can drop (or post what you have applied on this thread and we will help you).
