Default video duration using NTFS

Hi there,

Can anyone help?

Have just moved one of my NTFS drives out of my old PC running win 2000 into my new XP machine. My problem is that all my video files seem to have been cropped down to around 9 minutes in duration!! The audio files are still the correct length (around 40minutes) .

Can't work it out, need help quick!! Please....

Sounds like you have hit the 2 gig limit wall. Problems is, that should not happen since the drive is ntfs. The 2 gig limit was a Fat32 issue. You might need an upgrade on the bios or mother board itself on the new comp. Do you have other video files on the new machine that are longer than 9 minutes?
