I have a .mov file and i want to extract the audio as a .wav.

Many Thanks

Not tried a .mov but Adobe Audition has an 'open audio from video' option. once done just hit "Save as..." to save as a .wav.

not cheap but they do have a 30 day trial which might be good enough to get your job done.

Load the video into Quicktime Pro, then click 'File', 'Export'. Then at the Export bar, open the pull down menu. Select 'Sound to WAV'. Use the Options button to set the WAV file parameters. Enter a file name for saving your WAV then click the Save button.

Hi

Alan. I downloaded trials for Premiere, Audition & AE but it kept throwing up errors on all of them.

Crusty. I'll give that a go later. Cheers

Thanks for the quick response and suggestions guys.

Matthew
