Does anyone knows how to increase a small pixel size to high resolution like 180 by 120 to 720 by 576 with distortion on screen

I mean softwares that can do it without distortion
like other editing software when i try enlarging by drawing edges it gets distorted

I don't think it can be done. About all you can do is use a blur filter after you've scaled up your video, and that's not going to look good either.
