Hello i seem to be having a problem adding more than 1 WAV file on VirtualDub-mpeg2. I go to the frame i want to have the second wav one in but it gets rid of the first one and replaces it with the new one! Does anyone know how to stop this?

Vdub only handles one audio track at a time. To merge a second one will require cutting the movie at the end of the first audio segement, saving both parts, adding the second audio to the second segment of the movie then re-merging the two parts together again.
It would be a lot simpler to merge the two audio segments with an external audio editor like Audacity then merge the file with the video with Vdub.

Start Audacity.
Then 'Project' > 'Import Audio' then select the first audio file. This will create the first track.
Once that's loaded, then repeat for the second audio file.
Use the mouse to select (left click, hold and drag to the right then release) the audio you want from the second track, it'll turn a darker color. Press control-C to copy it. Then put the mouse cursor at the end of the first track and left click. Enter control-V to paste the copied second audio into the first.
Now at the top select 'Files' > 'Export as wav' and save the combined audio to a new name wav file. Use that in vdub for your audio and cross your fingers.
