Default Deleting sound from vid.

I've got some video tracks that I would like to remove the sound track from,as it is just a babble of voices. -- Im using nero vision express 3 but also have Premiere element 2.0 on PC ( Though im still trying to get to grips with it ) -- Can I remove the sound with NVE3 or PE 2.0 ? -- Can it be done with any program ?

Are you after removing the whole sound or just elements that you don't want? If it's the whole lot then there should be a way of doing it with these programs but I can't say for sure as I don't use them, Vegas on the other hand you can defo remove the sound.

The technique in Adobe Premiere is you right mouse click on either the video or audio track and a menu appears. Select Unlink and that will separate both the video and audio track, then click on whichever one you want to get rid of and hit the Delete key.
