I have edited my video with the Adobe Premier Pro and exported the movie. Using the AVS Video Converter 3.1, i chose VCD PAL Compatible (MPEG1 1150 kbps, 25 fps, 352 X 28 and converter the video to be burn to a vcd.

The end result, my vcd movie pixel too big. Friends faces from the movie is unrecognisable.

Is there a better way to do this in order to have a clearer vcd?

VCD is an ols format and does look pixeallated, try svcd.
