Default Wintv200 AVI file fail to play

howdy all ,

i have a quick question someone maybe able to point me in the right direction

i have wintv2000 i was using for some crappy video capture just recording tv, but anyhow i recorded my show and closed the program without stopping recording , and now my AVI file says fails to render , using MPC or anything else

is there something i can do to view the file , pretty sure this has to do with the fact i didnt end the recording .says there is 758 mb in the file
any more info you need please ask
