Default please help - frame size differences

When we've added effects to certain scenes its made the frame size smaller than the others that don't have effects. Its not seen as your editing but only when you export the timeline.

Make sure your frame sizes are 720 x 576 for pal DV or 720 x 480 for ntsc DV.
