Default Video Specs...

Hi there everyone!

I just started encoding my own video and am using VideoCharge.
I need to do wmv low, wmv hi, and mpegs.
I am not sure what specs I should be putting in to do this. When I try my video does not line up with my audio correctly.

Any help is much appreciated!!!

Thanks!
Arika

For example

For wmv low (dialup users)
what would I put for the bitrate type, bitrate, and keyframe interval.

And if I use the video codec Windows Media Audio 9.1, what audio format should I choose?
