Default Using Windows Movie Maker... how to save as diff file type?!

I used windows movie maker to make a montage of pics from my wedding with music in the background. But it will only allow me to save it as that (the program itself) and not as any other like(wmv .avi .mpg .mov .asf .asx .mp4 .3g2 ). I need to save it as one of those files so I can upload it onto something I need to upload it to. It only gives me the option of saving it as that program. Is it possible to save it as a different file type?
HOW DO I SAVE IT AS ONE OF THOSE FILES?

It sounds like you are saving the 'project'. You need to 'export' your video.

depending on what xp service pack you have installed you need to find either "Save movie" (pre service pack2) or open the "finish movie" tab (xp service pack 2 installed) you can only save as wmv's

yup, just as Marc said, you're just saving the project. need to finalize your movie. from there you will find a whole bunch of other options, like if you want to save to your PC, save to the Web (to a hosting site) or to cd.
