Help with Streaming a Video

Hey,

I was wonderin how i can make one of my video files an http address so that when you click the link, anyone can see the video on windows media player. (I'm designing a website on aol hometown using easy desgner.)

Do you want the video to be embedded in an html page, or do you simply want to open the video in the user's default media player?

We are probably going to want both options, so if you can explain how to do it both ways I would greatly appreciate it.
