I'm a beginner in thi field.I want to know which software have an option toremove the 70mm's background in a TV program(ie cropping a single frame)and to remove the TV channels nameby placing a picture ove the channel logo??????????????????

eh? nonsense.

sounds to me to be confusing though. what exactly do you want to do? whaddya mean "70mm"?

as for the removing a tv channel's name, why would you want to do this?
