Default Iriver H320 - Problems playing movies

Hello to all guru’s out there

I can’t play any movies on my iriver H320 after following the guidelines from this fantastic site. There are 3 things that don’t make sense. :
1.The error message that appears on my H320 is “Not support skipping”.
2. I’ve noticed that the frame rate conversion does not have the “convert to fps” option.
3. My computer will not allow me to select 128kbps, 44.1KHz. Some how the screen does not look like the screen on the instructions.

Please help me out.
Thanks.
