Default Fragmented VOB Files

I used to be able to copy DVD's No worries, but since I loaded WinXP Service pack 1, and I use DVD Decrypter or CloneDVD, It fragments the VOB files real bad. Is there something in the service packs that stops you from copying DVD's....Anyone ?
