Default Help! Two questions... unrelated

First, my wedding video (my own) is in MPEG2 format. Someone capped it for me at a photo store a few years ago. There is a lot of wind noise when we are saying our vows and I'd like to clean that up. Second, I'd like to make a DVD out of it, or at least a VCD. Something that will play 30 years from now without me having to rig up what will be a ancient pc with ancient codecs etc.

Also, I have a new Nikon 3700 camera which takes nice 640x480x30fps videos. The only problem is that the audio lags by about 1/2 second. Whats a good simple program to resync that audio. The files are quicktime, but I could convert them to avi as I have found a free convertor for that.

Many thanks to anyone who may help me!

Chris
