Exporting to VHS

Hey guys, im getting a new digital camcorder for christmas (Sony DCR-TRV14) ive moved on from Movie Maker, and learnt how to use adobe premier, and i was wondering.. is there a way to export the video i make in Premier to VHS tape?

i ain't done any recording to vhs, but if i was i'd either do it via tv out, or i'd record to (s)vcd or dvd and record from the dvd player (standalone) to vhs. i think the latter would give better quality.
