AUDIO LAG IN DVD ARCHITECT

I MADE A MOVIE IN SONY VEGAS AND RENDERED IT TO A MPG FILE. SOUND IS FINE. MOVED IT TO DVD ARCHITECT AND BURNED A DVD AND THE SOUND LAGS...ANY SOLUTIONS?
