I know this doesn't really have anything to do with video, but does anyone know of a good cartooning software, free/cheap? Like to find one that will take scans of hand drawings and convert the lines into editable objects or summtin. also can store images (like shirts, cars, items, etc) that can be pasted into other drawings. thanx

I don't know of any that can convert scans of hand drawings into vector/line objects. Moho does have 'onion skin' layers that can take the scanned image for a tracing tool. It's not free, but still pretty cheap at $99 US.
