I am creating a vcd

Before the film starts well the movie im recording i want some titles like what the vcd is about etc in text and pics if possible with some animations
Please guide me on how to do this

ummm, after the video has been shot just load it into an editing program like Pinnacle Studio, Vegas Video, or Adobe Premiere and it should let you do everything you need.... I know that Pinnacle will let you export it to VCD after all the editing has been completed
