let's tell the situation
i have content scanned from film and edited in HD delivered in a quicktime movie (in H264 by a 3RDparty post production office) scaled to the used projector native resolution. in this projector i can tweak the color space. which color space do i have to use the BT709 color space (because the material was scannned in HD) or the color space used by the playout computer (studio RGB). or do i have to adjust the colorspace profile of the computer to the maximum colorspace of the projector. the computer is a mac G5.
