Creating a CVD. How?

Hi,

I'm on a Mac G5 with Mac OS 10.3.9 and iDVD5. I live in Sweden, but occasionally need to produce simple DVDs for clients in Vietnam.

The problem is that they mostly use a format called CVD (Chinese Video Disc) and they're having issues converting my DVDs.

So, my question is: Do you know any way I can do this, and burn, on my Mac instead of letting them go through all the trouble?

Any hints or suggestions welcome.
