Still shots/ Screen shots from music video

Hey, feel free to move post if its in the wrong spot.
I cant seem to do any still shots from a music video. :(
I want like more than one on one full page like various shots from one music video i kinda want it to look like this..

if the image is made up of still I guess you could use your NLE of choice and export all the individual frames you want then re-import the stills as project assets and use standard PIP techniques to build your image.
